Michal Aloni

Mezzo-soprano and stage director Michal Aloni works across opera and interdisciplinary performance. She has performed with leading Canadian companies and ensembles. A McGill-trained director, she staged The Medium and trained with Opera 5 and the Royal Opera House. She joins Vancouver Opera as Stage Director in Residence for the 2026–2027 season.
